Brice, our sales person was great, 5/5 stars to him and also the installation team! 3 stars because our installation was rescheduled once and canceled twice. The first time it was canceled was the day of installation during the time at which someone was supposed to arrive to install the window. Apparently they scheduled it with a team that was not trained to install the type of window we ordered. (But didn't notice this until the day/time of installation.)
