Originally rated higher because we only had one other quote and this beat it. Nothing against the product but when the quote starts at $26k, then goes to $18 and immediately to $14k it should have thrown red flags but we only had one other offer which was higher. This quote also didn’t include the basement windows. We ended up canceling the order and going with a different company with a comparable product to include our basement and still saved us more money. Was very impressed with sales. Dennis was very knowledgeable and gave me some good ideas. Tim and Wyatt were very good installers. They answered all my questions and did an excellent job on the install. Will definitely recommend them.
Hunter is an outstanding sales rep! He is knowledgeable about the product and great to work with!! We didn’t expect to actually move forward with our projects today but thanks to Hunter we are going to have a new shower and a new roof!
