So glad I reached out to Hansons. Had a couple of other companies come out and I just didn’t fell good about their tactics. John Grencik was great. He gave me all the necessary info I need to discuss the project with my husband this weekend and wasn’t pushy. Was really interested in solving our problem. Would recommend Hansons to anyone that is looking at a home project.
Meghan was fantastic from the moment she stepped in the door! She was courteous, polite and informative. The ideal person to get a bid on your home renovations projects from. She did a phenomenal job highlighting the differences between Hansons windows and the competitors equivalent. I greatly appreciate her taking extra time to set up the heat lamp model and show how big of a difference having triple pane glass and low-e coating on all sides of the glass makes. I proud to say I’m a 1-800-Hansons customer for life! I had made sever calls to local companies , who didn’t call you back, would schedule or request up front money. Tyler Pomeroy called scheduled an appointment, showed up and requested no money up front until I was completely satisfied. Took too long to get the patio door. Installers were great but frame corners are not perfectly aligned. Not enough for me to be concerned but I notice it.

While we are quite pleased with the finished product, and the installation crew was exceptional, the delay to get our project completed was absolutely dismal! Initial delivery of the materials took something like 8 weeks, then the installers fell short of materials, leaving just a small portion of the job incomplete. We then faced another 8 weeks waiting for more materials to arrive.
