The salesman was a little on the pushy side, but in the end, I got what I wanted. On the other hand, te installer,
Windows are beautiful and installers did a great job. . .however, everything in between. . .not so good. Windows arrived and 4 were made incorrectly at the factory. These had to be remade. They finally arrived (after a l-o-n-g wait) and were installed but the installers were not given the materials - trim and seal material - to finish trimming out the windows A third trip FINALLY got the job completed. The only good thing is they didn't request final payment until the job was complete.
We feel we had a great meeting with Larry. He explained everything very concise and thorough. He was not only professional but has a great personality and we enjoyed his company.
Meghan did a great job explaining everything to us. She answered any questions we asked . She gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. Also I appreciate that she was able to offer a package with our immediate needs. She is a great addition to the Hanson’s company!
