Supposed to be a 1 day job, took 4 working days that spanned a weekend. Seems the contractor was largely working alone. Have some damage caused by workers that I will need to repair (trim and soffett mostly). No one ever called to ask if work was completed to my satisfaction.

From the time they came out to explain and show me the windows was awesome. The guy that measured was very pleasant. Got my new windows on Wednesday and I really love them. Neighbors are commenting they look really nice. I would like to Thank the 2 guys that did the installment were hard workers and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Hansons.
Verry professional install, done in record time, half of the windows were pretty big and second floor level. The cleanup was immaculate. I am very happy with the whole deal.

Special shout-out to Jasmine Faber, Office Manager at 1800 Hansons. Several months ago a rogue hailstorm damaged our Hansons roof. I had multiple communications issues with Hansons until my messages got to Jasmine. She promptly solved the problems and my roof has now been repaired. I am grateful to Jasmine for her professionalism, courtesy and promptness. She changed my interactions with Hansons from a 1 star to a 5 star experience.
Great customer service! Initial appointment and first measure times were super fast to set up and get done! Great discounts and great options for paying for such a big project! Definitely recommend!!
