I had Hansons come out to our house for estimates on a new roof, windows, and gutters. They sent 2 very nice guys out to measure and take photos. They were extremely thorough with all of the information. We won't be ready for the work to be done for a bit, but I feel pretty confident that they will be a good fit.

The communication between departments (sales, call center, customer service, schedulers) was AWFUL! I believe my salesman is no longer with the company (email and ph# kicked back as undeliverable) and I tried for a solid month to get someone else to follow up with me before install. I had some generic questions and possibly additional work I wanted quoted from you. I tried calling and emailing my salesman, called your 800# numerous times, and even filled out your online form to be contacted. And ZERO follow up. Then we get ... read more
When you called to schedule the installation I didn't recognize number and didn't answer and you couldn't leave a message to call back. Scheduled for one day and I waited all day and didn't show up, rescheduled for next day first thing in morning didn't show up until 10:30. Said you would take 100 dollars off bill for all the unnecessary waiting I did but got billed full amount anyway. Then found nails and screw in driveway, and could of used a little more caulk on inside bottom of window. Thank you
