RecommendedI had a serious problem with my main line. Jay Keith explained in a very understandable way what was happening and what needed to be done to get it fixed long term. I had two plumbers that came before him and they didn’t provide details or alternatives. Jay explained what he could do at each phase until the problem was fixed and provided the costs before the work was completed

Don't recommend them at all. Broke a pipe and wouldn't fix it unless I paid him for it. This was my experience. I called Rheem (water heater company) due to the 1.5 month old water heater leaking from the bottom. They were great and had me check the top to see if the lines were leaking which were dry then check the pressure release valve and drain valve. They tried to charge me over 3x what other plumbers gave me an estimate for! I needed my bathroom counter replaced, so the sink had to be disconnected. So to be safe, I wanted a plumber to reconnect the hoses. How much time do you think that job would take? They gave me an estimate and of $300! I can't help but believe that it is because I'm a woman that they are clearly trying to take advantage of. That's just shameful. Do not trust them!
