We had a technician from 1-800-Plumber by the name of Elizabeth and she was just fantastic. She was here because we have an issue with our hot water heater. Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable of her craft. She walked us through each step of the procedure that she was performing. She also worked on acquiring a needed part as quickly as possible to complete the job. We were very impressed with Elizabeth, because of her diligence and most of all we could sense that she cared about us and our dilemma with our hot water heater.... read more
