Called 1-800 for a quote on installing a gas line. The girl who answered was very informative and professional. She scheduled a quote visit for the same day. Danny & Nate were very professional, very polite, very respectful of my home. I received a quote , it was honestly a bit higher than I wanted to pay, however, with same day complete service I decided it was worth it. These guys are horrible to say the least. They literarily scammed me, they took my $255 without completing the work I paid them for. I paid them to solve the back up issue in the drain line connected to my washing machine but the issue was not resolved despite fully paying them. Who starts a job without knowing the cause of the problem and determining the best course of action to resolve the issue? These guys were GREAT!! Very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of customer and property. I called after hours for pretty much of an emergency problem. I was given an early AM appointment next morning and they were here right on time. They were hard working, honest and fair and did a fantastic job! My father had his well pumps and water softener replaced. Danny and his crew did an absolutely fabulous job. He made sure that the job was done correctly and to everyone’s satisfactory. My father could not stop raving about what a beautiful job they did. Thank you Danny for your 100% professionalism and we will highly recommend you to anyone and everyone!
Sink drain needed cleaned out. The techs were nice and polite. Dan and Nate worked well together. And they cleaned the drain and explained things as the job was not an easy task. Once completed. They cleaned up and put things back. Good job and the guys were great.
