RecommendedI've used 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR a number of times. The owner is a master plumber, and extremely knowledgable. His attention to detail and the quality of his work is top notch. He fixed an exterior frozen pipe that burst, and the job he did was amazing -the pipe was fully replaced above ground and wrapped in insulation with the latest spigot and shut-off valve to prevent future freeze damage. Don't recommend them at all. Broke a pipe and wouldn't fix it unless I paid him for it. This was my experience. I called Rheem (water heater company) due to the 1.5 month old water heater leaking from the bottom. They were great and had me check the top to see if the lines were leaking which were dry then check the pressure release valve and drain valve. Both were dry and at this point the agent with Rheem said they were recommending a full replacement then said with the water heater not being very old they would send a plu... read more
They tried to charge me over 3x what other plumbers gave me an estimate for! I needed my bathroom counter replaced, so the sink had to be disconnected. So to be safe, I wanted a plumber to reconnect the hoses. How much time do you think that job would take? They gave me an estimate and of $300! I can't help but believe that it is because I'm a woman that they are clearly trying to take advantage of. That's just shameful. Do not trust them!
