RecommendedShawn did a very good job during the appointment at my home. He was pleasant and professional. He explained all my options and answered all my questions without the usual pushy salesman tactics. I appreciated his frank and straight forward manor.
We had to have our water line replaced the Friday before New Years. The city inspector couldn’t get here until January 2. Juan did an excellent job of replacing the waterline and told us exactly what to do to keep the pipes from freezing until the inspector could get here on Tuesday. He was professional and got the job done right. The temps were still pretty cold Tuesday when he came to fill in the hole after the inspector was finished. The guys when they come out are always friendly and knowledgable. They take the time to do the job and get it done as quickly as they can and do the job to best for the customer.
