The new owner is unprofessional and unethical. Not to mention this company has some of the highest plumbing prices around and the plumbers lack equipment to do the job right. Furthermore, I requested proof of repair to lower my water bill, and the owner refused. He said he was under contract with my insurance, but he lied. My insurance called and requested, he give me an invoice with proof of repair, and he yelled at the agent and still refused. Horrible individual. He didn't care. Since1-1-21 I’ve had to call 5 times to get my heater and ac fixed. Kenton did a great job though!

All that advertising means they charge it to you. My hot water heater was $400 higher than a competitor charged for same model. Need I say more?

Outrageous price quoted for a water heater replacement. I almost had them do it, but luckily found out how inflated their price is. I canceled the order and had a reputable plumber come the next day who replaced my water heater for LESS THAN 1/3 of the price that 1-800-Plumber would have charged me. YIKES!😡

This company charged my elderly cousin who is a widow way too much for simple services. I feel they totally took advantage of her.😢
