RecommendedOf course I needed a plumber on a Friday and they had no openings until Monday. But there was a cancelation and they had someone come right away. The tech was very very nice. I have used 1-800 Plumber twice.
Very prompt. They diagnose the problem and give you solutions to fix the problem. I have used them 4 or 5 times for broken water lines, plumbing and heating and air. I don’t even think about using anyone else. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning, plumbing or electric.
John Russell was quite knowledgeable and a pleasure to have work out the problem with my A/C unit. John is highly recommendable in my eyes and I would not hesitate to have him back should there ever be another problem arise. Kudos John and thank you.
