I HATE THIS CLINIC, though there’s a few people I love here. The people here are not dedicated to helping others at all, instead the counselors love to gossip about patients to one another and pass judgement. You'll be told one thing then another by someone else which makes it all confusing. A person should feel trusted by their counselor instead of interrogated. People at this clinic overstep boundaries too much and expect to know people’s personal lives. DO BETTER!
It's been a long time for me. My first was a five year run and subsequently I had to leave against my will.Now it's actually been a great experience . My counselor Heidi, made this experience a little more tolerable however, She tookflight on me a few years back. The one I have now is ALmOST too good to be here. This place does fraudulent insurance submissions. Breathalizer & drug tests EVERY OTHER DAY. MILWAUKEE DA DOES SEPARATE TESTING & TESTS CLEAN. CLINIC SUBMIT TO INSURANCE & PUT FINANCIAL BURDEN FOR CO-PAYS ON PATIENTS ON STATE INSURANCE.
I don't know why everybody gives such negative reviews. I've been going their for about a year and a half. Although you do have to wait sometimes, for the most part it's nice. Nice friendly people work there, the nurses are nice, and they have very experienced counselors to help you. The groups are kind of pointless in my mind but I suppose they do work. Some people do need them. There are wait times but it is much better than the alternative. Don't go try to make new friends their and you won't have a problem.
Client Beware of Fraudulent Insurance Billing Practices....This clinic will not make you aware that you have anything to pay out of pocket until the balance is very high which as been my experience. They did not tell us anything until the bill (their accounting) was over $3,000 than they want to threaten and bully the patient that if they do not pay it all up from that they will be kicked out of the clinic.
