Reimagine roofing seemed to do a good job when they originally put my roof on. However, before 1 year had gone by there was a dent in the front part of my roof which I dictates they didn't put plywood down in that area. After my having called 6-7 times across a 3 month time frame (April-June 2024) someone named ***** told me he was looking at pictures and updates concluding they are able to do nothing. BUYER BEWARE!!! There are plenty of roofers out there. Wildwood started off fine in Nov 2023. They were bought out mid-way through my roof, gutter, and door replacement. Give you an idea, they finally finished all the work by April 24. No communication. Blow you off for weeks. Their internal office doesn't talk to each other. They did ok work. Though Ive got roofing and gutter issues they replaced that needs repair. Its been months and still waiting for a **************** to contact me. So really horrible followup to fix issues that should have been been addressed.
I would rate this company zero stars.We hired Wildwood Roofing at end of May 2023 to perform house repairs from a hailstorm, the repairs were not completed until February 2024. We were told by our contractor that Wildwood Roofing would handle all repairs which included working with insurance for approval for supplement amounts, hiring vendors to complete projects and that he (Wildwood Roofing) would let us know that status of all jobs. Very disrespectful on the phone, pulled the bait and switch with the quote. Wont even provide any information on whats installed, warranted, they play bad cop good cop on the phone. Would not trust.
I wouldnt even leave them a one star if it was an option. This has been the worst experience dealing with any business in my life. The owner **** is an arrogant and disrespectful. They have been telling me one thing and doing another. If you want people literally crapping in your yard, drinking alcohol on the job, and leaving your home a mess then 123 is for you. That’s what A******s crew did for us. A****** the slick talking “salesman” for 123, assured us that when the job was complete he would personally walk around our property to make sure no nails were left behind. Twice he supposedly came to clean up but even after that there was a half a coil of roofing nails laying in plain sight in our front yard. Wildwood came to replace the roof. However, 6 months went by and they never sent me an invoice. However, I reached out to them to get the invoice. Then they sent it. However, they immediately decided to put a lien against my house. Even though I just got the invoice. Not sure how them not billing me for 6 months is my fault.
Took over 4 months(June to present; October) to do roof, siding and gutters. Caught 100s literally 100s of mistakes throughout the job and it’s still not complete. Gutters improperly installed, over flowing and flooding the gardens/yard. They siding crew punctured my HVAC line and had to refill refrigerant. Drip edge was peeled up and redone 3 times, now dozens of shingles are lifting in the wind and not sealing. Wood trim work has taken 10+ attempts to install.
