123 Exteriors were by far the worst company for the roof that we dealt with. First of all, they bring workers that throw a skylight from my bathroom on the 2nd floor. The glass shattered all over my lawn. I told the worker oh you just threw the skylight from the 2nd floor and what was his response oh we’ll clean it up. No sorry or anything. I would not recommend this company after the way 123 Exteriors treated me. I responded to a flyer they mailed out about a free roof inspection. The gentleman who came out was courteous and found several issues that he deemed worthy of an insurance claim. Without much discussion, he hastily presented a contract saying his company would have exclusive rights to work on my roof. Excellent service! Fast, friendly, very communicative. We had our roof, siding, and gutters all done. The job was scheduled and finished very quickly and the finished work is beautiful. I would recommend 123 to anyone!
I am still in the beginning stages but I have to say Kyle Ackerman is the most absolute BEST. He is super knowledgeable and has been so amazing during this process. I am a single mom and a first time homeowner, so when things go wrong or repairs are needed it can be stressful when you don't know where to start. And dealing with the insurance companies.
