Verified Renter Leasing experience was difficult. There was an error in their system and I was leased an apartment that was not available. They didn’t notice until I called a couple days before my move in. This pushed back my move in date a few weeks and put me in a very challenging position. Lots of junk left behind on my patio from the previous tenants. Windows did not have screens, ac leaks, and found cockroaches. Verified Renter Since moving in to 15Fifty5 I have been amazed by the friendly, helpful support of the staff. The apartments are clean, updated and spacious by comparison to others I saw in the area. Also, the pool area is just gorgeous, and feels like a resort - a real gift after a long day or week, whether I am grilling my dinner on the wonderful gas grills, relaxing in the hot tub, or swimming laps in the pool. The staff here are great!! Looking for a new “home” can be stressful, but Brandon and Mario, helped me so much! I had a lot of questions and they always took the time to help me and never made me feel as if I bothered them. This is a great community and I encourage anyone to look here for their next home.

Verified Renter 15Fifty5 is a great place to live! The leasing agent, Mario was very nice and patient to me, he tried very hard to help me to get the apartment I like. Wayne, from the maintenance was very polite and patient, he is always smiling when we meet. He did change the dishwasher and help me fix the popping sound of the door in no time.
