My mother is a patient at this location. Every time I go visit her, she is in good spirits. When before she would always be depressed and unruly. I asked her what changed, and she mentioned a CNA named Mimi. She mentioned how caring and understanding she is. Shows great patience and willingness to help her. This facility has become a beacon of hope for my mother.

Superb Care and Quality, the Nurses and staff are friendly and caring. The therapies provided support rehabilitation and help with moral support. Staff is on top of patients and their Families needs. Would recommend this rehab facility to anyone looking for a quality of care. The nurses and staff go above and beyond to facilitate the process of healing as a whole.

Although we ultimately did not place our loved one at her facility, Saundra went above and beyond to help us navigate a challenging situation. Dear Valley View Post Acute staff! My mother-in-law, Ping Zhen Lin, stayed in room #19B of your facility for over three months (December 23, 2025 to April 4, 2026). During that time, your staff, including the facility's top management, was a highly trained and excellent team. My 99 year old dad was admitted after a health scare, and he's never been happier compared to other places. They cut his hair, nails, shaved his face, bathed... they did it all. Fed him well also and super attentive and caring. My son visited him, and he even said the staff is wonderful and nice. Clean facility and even a visiting room with books, hand, and activities. There are others there to keep him company and socialize as well. Win-win for us all around, thank you!

My grandma has been here for 3 months. At first I was a bit skeptical but I'm now impressed. Carol has been a great help to ensure we are informed on what my grandma has qualified for in terms of the duration of her stay. She is a great member of the staff that's really gone above and beyond as we prepare to transition my grandma out of this recovery facility. Care here was unsurpassed, as well as the staff. I was a former resident for over a year just recently. I saw first hand just how well other the other residents were treated apart from myself and it was first rate. I would give a "thumbs up" approval of this place. Your loved ones would definitely be well cared for. Specialized care needs were also well met. My hats off to the staff.

Valley View Post Acute is in my opinion and my grandmothers favorite Skilled Nursing Home. I recommend this place to anyone who needs short term and long term care for their loved ones. My grandmother has been here 2 times and we still do not hesitate to bring her back. Staff is very polite, nursing care is great, physical therapy is amazing she was able to recover fast from her fall recovery, and she was able to regain her mobility. My dad was treated here for approximately 3 months. During his stay here he never complained about anything because this facility is fully staffed with the upmost caring, attentive, informative, and humble professionals who are extremely team/family oriented giving loved ones peace of mind.
