Visited the facility and was impressed that the facility is clean and staff is attentive to patients needs. The rooms are big and decor suits the facility. Would highly recommended the facility.

My dad was admitted there a month ago from USC Keck coz he had a stroke. They have the best nursing care and Physical therapy. Im very happy on how my dad recover from his stroke and i will highly recommend them for your love ones...

The person in charge of Human Resources in this company is a joke. She breaks the law and gets away with it. She has to get investigated. Don't take your loved ones here it is a hostile environment because of the people that run the damn place !

This complaint is in regard to the way certain staff treats employees. I've been there on numerous occasions and there is one person in particular, I believe her name is Zuly. She and other colleagues stand around and gossip amongst one another, other times she is talking with an attitude or rude tone when redirecting Housekeeping. I see the look on their face after the confrontation is over. Human resources employee named Ms. Malice Zuleyma Perez. She was supposed to be the guardian of fairness and kindness, ensuring that everyone was treated with respect and dignity. But unfortunately, Ms. Malice had a different approach. She believes she is the ruler of the realm, and she wielded her power with an iron fist, often discriminating against employees and bending the rules for her own benefit. My mom resided at this facility for a short span. During her stay, the facility always had Covid outbreaks. You had to be tested at the door and wait 15 min for the results but the staff constantly walks in/out and doesn't submit to testing. Obviously, they are the ones keeping the virus alive. The facility always smells like urine and it's not very clean. They need more janitorial staff. Also, if your relative can't feed themselves, they are laying there until the staff can get to them and usually the food is cold by then. ... read more

this place is the most disgusting, unprofessional, uncaring place. all the pictures on the website are so fraud. there is mold in the restrooms & stains all over the walls, holes in the walls, all the of the paint on the walls is shot out. horrible. so dirty & unsanitary. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER! DON'T LET THE PICTURES FOOL U

The doctor here discharged me without my just filled pain medication, narco, and had the nursing home destroy it!!!! Now my new doctor and pharmacy can't fill my new prescription until the ninth of August and today is the first!!!! Plus I was promised a Walker with a seat on it and what they gave me didn't have a seat so I had to leave it behind cause I can't walk very far without needing to sit down!!!!
