I visit this facility three times a week to advocate for a friends loved one. Her family lives out of state so I am the only visitor for, sometimes, weeks. I am impressed every time I visit here. The facility is clean and the staff is beyond comparison. They seem genuinely concerned about the wellbeing of the patients. It sometimes feels like a family atmosphere where everyone knows each other, including the patients. So my mom fell and it was a bad one so we had no choice but to place her in recovery I was worried because the last place was HORRIBLE... This place 1000 times better the staff so friendly (over worked, with great attitudes) and still spot on with their patients, they care the place is old but clean and everyone from the sweet lady at the front desk to all the people who answered the phones never giving attitudes to the nurses and CA's to all the PT staff EVERYONE WAS AMAZING Can't thank you ALL enough!!!
Very good place. Veronica and Brenda are the best and very helpful!!! If you need to send someone to a facility this is the place.
My husband and I were patients there in late November until December 20th. The facility may be old but the entire staff was the BEST! We were treated with the utmost respect, consideration, and care. Every single person on the staff receives an A+. If anyone needs rehab or specialized care I would strongly recommend San Jacinto Valley Post Acute.
No one wants to go to a skilled nursing facility. However, my brother had to have time to recover from his illness before he could return home. I am his medical POA and live an hour-and-a-half away. Therefore much of my communication with the staff at San Jacinto Healthcare had to be via phone calls. Initially my brother was difficult, but everyone on staff worked their magic to get him calmed and on the road to recovery. Located in the same parking lot at Hemet Global Medical Center. Caring, attentive staff. Amazing therapy department! Facility is nice and clean. Reception is warm and inviting. If you're looking for Skilled Nursing services we invite you to come in and tour.

To individuals being given this facility as an option for their loved one: Do your research (ProPublica and Medicare have detailed reviews and list all their reported deficiencies), advocate for your person. To the staff & administrators of this facility: would you want your own loved one cared for here? My mother was admitted here after a stroke. If it was possible I'd give this place a 0 and a F. My husband went there in January 2025 for PT. After 2 weeks being there I pulled him out and sent him to the ER bcuz he was struggling to breathe. And after many attempts of telling the facility and nothing was being done. I pulled him out. Turns out he was drowning. After testing at the hospital he was diagnosed with pneumonia called white out in both lungs. I was told if I didn't get him to the ER he would have died. Please don't bring ur love ones here.
