If it was possible I'd give this place a 0 and a F. My husband went there in January 2025 for PT. After 2 weeks being there I pulled him out and sent him to the ER bcuz he was struggling to breathe. And after many attempts of telling the facility and nothing was being done. I pulled him out. Turns out he was drowning. After testing at the hospital he was diagnosed with pneumonia called white out in both lungs. I was told if I didn't get him to the ER he would have died. Please don't bring ur love ones here. After a brief stay in Hemet Hospital for a UTI, the attending doctor recommended this place so my mother in law, who has moderate dementia, could get physical therapy more frequently than her memory care facility. No one from the facility call for 3 days, nor did they ask to confirm her medications. My mother in law dies not have teeth because she will not wear her dentures. My mom came home after 2 months with a blistering diaper rash, swollen, filthy, and smelled like yeast. Because she has dementia and said no to showers and diaper changes, they left her alone to rot. Then they had the audacity to tell me her care would be $12,000 a month if she was not on MediCal. Then to get rid of her put her on hospice. She is 90% better after bringing her home. am so disappointed in this place. Beware.
