I spent 7 months in this facility. I received great care from the floor nurses Lupe, Iris, and Adrian. And from the CNAs Krishna, Andre, Fabian, and Mario. Sharon in the business office was also helpful. I didn't receive much help from physical therapy, but I should have pushed for more. I would suggest anyone planning on putting a loved one in this acute care facility to be aware of their loved ones roommates, as I had problems with two very disruptive and disrespectful patients placed in my 3 man room. I've had a tremendous experience working with Sunset Villa. My mother had to stay at the facility on two separate occasions. Her rehab was swift and effective. Lisa and the entire staff were extremely caring, attentive & helpful in all departments. I highly recommend! Morris C

I have been to multiple post acute centers for visiting. I must say, this location is different! As soon as you walk in, it is not smelly, it is clean the staff is professional and friendly. Most importantly the patient had nothing but compliments to this place. I really appreciate and thankful of her behalf to know they are in good hands. Unfortunately not always the case.

Lisa turner is amazing! She is always available and very helpful. All the staff is friendly and caring from what I have seen. I was very apprehensive about this facility from previous reviews but so far everything is good.

My Dad stayed at this facility for a week and came home yesterday. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the place, the kindness of the staff, and the excellent communication. I would highly recommend this SNF for your family member.

This subacute rehabilitation center and nursing home is hiring good people providing good care to a needy population. The physical therapists are energetic and motivate their patients . The place is clean, though some patients need - and receive - frequent personal care. This facility is under new management and the progress in hiring shows. I want to express my appreciation for Lisa Turner, Director of administrations. She let me know that she has an open door policy, and that she is there for any questions as she's been since my brother has been there from day one. She knows my brother not just by his room number, but by his name and she knows his personality that makes me feel so comfortable. Thank you, Lisa for being supportive. As we get older our bodies send us messages that we are losing energy we need to function on a daily basis but we have no energy left to perform even the easiest task We may even require daily care by an experienced care giver. My uncle came in last month after a hip surgery. He struggled at the thought going to a facility but everyone made him feel like family. Liz saw him at the hospital and helped him get situated when he arrived. The therapist did such a fantastic job getting him back. Now he's back home! Very grateful for the sunset villa team.
