Our dear friend Martha Usery was there for long term care after a bad stroke. The people at Sunset Villa were amazing. We were there every Saturday, and they took amazing care of our friend every day, until the end, today. I would like to specifically thank Lisa Turner for everything she has done to help us along this difficult journey, she is a rock star! So, Lisa, THANK YOU. The staff here is great. They are taking good care of my Mom. Lisa is a tremendous asset to the company. This is a new experience for my family and Sunset Villa is making us easy for us.

My mother-n-law went in for less than a month. She needed to get her strength back after a hospital stay. Lisa Turner (director of Admissions) was very helpful getting her in and out and taking care of our needs. The physical therapists were very professional and helped her to get where she needed to be. Occupational therapy was great too.

This place is just like being home away from home! All staff has been wonderful with my mom, and have always welcomed me with open arms into their different department offices; Always quick to handle any questions or concerns that I may have. I have shown up randomly and each time everyone and everything is the same, in other words it's wonderful, very comfortable and always clean. Man I read the reviews people post about this place is wrong. I've been visiting my mom there for the past 3yrs. And I gotta say it was a little crazy at first. But recently there has been a change. From the staff being available and curious to the food. My mom said recently the food has improved. My mom is Mexican and serious about food. If you know you know. Seriously though thumbs up to Lisa in the front office.She has been a great help to me and my mom. Respect

So awful they had to change their name to escape the loud chorus of terrible reviews. Windsor Gardens. Notoriously awful. Don't send your loved one here.
