I did some reaching on skilled nursing facilities and I wanted to make sure I made the right decision before I just placed my mother in a facility. I am happy with the decision I made when I selected Lakewood post acute the level of professionalism from the nursing staff to the therapist is phenomenal! I am very happy with the services this facility provided for my grandmother. The process was very easy and they had my grandma back on her feet within a month. At first my family and I were a little hesitant but I would definitely recommend Lakeside to anyone needing rehab. They did such a wonderful job!

My Mom had to go to a rehab facility after she broke her hip for rehabilitation. We were provided with a list and chose Lakewood Post Acute. The staff is very caring, kind, responsive and legitimately seem happy to be there. Not at all what we have encountered at other places. The whole place is super clean and smells good. ! They also have a good selection of activities to help those staying there pass the time. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with how they took care of my Mom.

I have been to plenty of SNFs with some of my family members and Lakewood Post Acute is the most organized, caring, and clean facility. My grandmother stays here for short term rehab and she is improving well able to stand and walk now. When she first came in she was mostly bedridden, but after extensive therapy my grandma has regained her strength again and we will be able to take her home soon. Real nursing care is not provided here - missed a gi bleed which is not hard to diagnose - don't expect good nursing care at all.

Very poor Management. They belittle the staff and call them names Do not recommend. There are other places in the Denver Metro area much more kind to their staff.

Was there in 2021 after back surgery. Worst experience of my life! Was under the name of Power Back at the time. Didn't see a doctor for four days after I arrived. The Place was filthy. No care at all. Basically took care of myself. Had PT once while I was there for six days. The food was horrible. One night nurse tried to give me a cup of meds that belonged to someone down the hall from me.
