I called last evening, Josh showed up this afternoon and I had hot water again by 5 PM. Very professional service, couldn't ask for better. Just a little pricey, but worth it.

Customer service was excellent in understanding my need and scheduling the service appt to happen within 24 hours. Our tech Keith carefully reviewed with me the work that he would have to do and pointed out some existing problems in the exhaust stack. He corrected those and did an excellent job overall. Although it wasn't itemized, I guesstimated the labor portion of the job and decided that it was a little on the high side, so I'm reducing my total rating by a 1/2 star.
