RecommendedI have been working out since I was 12. This is 100% hands down the best gym I've ever encountered. The atmosphere is so welcoming and addictive. I can't get enough and it always brightens my day. They will alter any movement you're not sure about and ensure you're doing the form correctly so you don't get injured.
RecommendedNot only is this a great gym, but they also live and breathe their mission statement. The trainers are knowledgeable and just awesome people, and the members are simply great people to be around. Everyone here is supportive and always encouraging each other.🤟

RecommendedI was very reluctant to start HEX bc of my less than ideal physical abilities & physique. I had been on a get healthier journey for about 6 yrs & great strides have been made but still a lot more to go. I really felt/thought that everyone was a “hard body” and I would feel out of place, but not at all! I have felt welcomed; given modifications, and accepted for what I can do! It is also very apparent that they’re like a family & come together when one of their own is in need. 🥰
RecommendedI have found my permanent gym home at hex! I have been a member for over 3 years and I never leave the gym feeling like I could have done more because these workouts are 🔥. At the other gyms in SETX they might have some good quality’s but at HEX that’s FAMILY and it has it all and then some! Come try it out and put yourself to the test 😁
