Simpy awesome job.
The crew that arrived were wonderful. They moved very heavy expensive pieces and thought about protecting them and our home. They moved quickly and even arrived early. I liked that they were in touch frequently so I didn't have to take the entire day off of work. I would recommend them highly.
Multiple of my boxes were flipped upside down and on their sides resulting in a few damaged items.
Luis, Fernando, Grant, and Genaro were fantastic. They moved our two-bedroom apartment down a flight and up three from Logan Square to Rogers Park in four hours flat. And they were kind, careful, and fun the whole time. My husband and I were impressed by and grateful for their hard work!
Professional, competent and efficient!
I moved with Luis Barsdale and his two crewman. They were awesome, I ended needing more thinkgs moved than I originally indicated but they had no problem at all with it. They came in and started loading boxes in my hw truck. They were quick and efficient. They were also very polite and helpful durning the loading and unloading of the truck. They worked their tails off and were so polite and professional. Use them.
Guys we’re great. Delay was frustrating but they did great customer service recovery. When their manager came to help it really sent a message. Recognize that none of them got homes to their families until very late, thank you for hanging in there.!
