Yesterday, I had Lasik. Today, I can see clearly now the rain has gone... I mean lasers done! Honestly one of the easiest things I've been through and I'm super happy with the results. I raised all the issues I was concerned about and after much discussion went with lasik for the shorter healing time and higher rate of success at my perscription. I'm not going to talk about 20/20's customer service very much because what all the other reviews state is correct. they are simply awasome. Instead I would like to give MY experience with the LASIK process at 20/20. I've had glasses since I was 13. I couldn't see past my nose before I had LASIK done, I was the person who couldn't see the first letter on the eye chart. I have been putting off lasik for 5 years After spending several months researching facilities on the Internet, I chose 20/20 institute with in 10 minutes into the consultation. During the eye exam they decided one of my eyes was already 20/20. I have has glasses since 4th grade and wearing contacts for over 10 years and all other eye Dr.'s have made me pay for prescription that wasn't needed. After 30 years of glasses, I went for it. I chose 20/20 because of there reviews and reputation. I am an idiot for not doing it 20 years ago. If your on the fence, I am here to tell you, DO IT! Is easy. The folks at 20/20 made it easy. I felt like a rock star the whole time. Money well spent. I went to the movies the next day and it was a different experience seeing a screen with out visual aids. So bad ass. New eyes: May 29th 2015
