I spoke with Ginnie Faulk. Handled my request quickly, professionally and was extremely nice throughout our interaction.
I have financing with 21st Century and used to carry their insurance as well but got away from them, and now will be going back after dealing with State Farm for a year or so. The gentleman I'm working with - Will McFarland - has been professional, helpful and personable so overall a pleasure to work with, so far! I'll update after a time, good or bad of course.
