Have had a mortgage with 21st for about 4 years and we are in the process of doing a payoff. 21st Mortgage has been wonderful to work with as well as our personal finance lady, Taylor. Would highly recommend 21st for your mortgage or loan needs.
I appreciate the customer service over the last 10 years of doing business together. I had a few rough patches but in business communication is key. If you can’t pay on time tell them… they will do everything they can to help. Keep your word with people you do business with and it will carry you farther with them. I always get great customer service when I call. I can honestly say I’ve never had a negative experience with 21st Mortgage in the (almost) 8 years I’ve had my mortgage with them. Yates helped me out today, and he was phenomenal! Y’all keep up the great work!
I want to give a shout out to my representative at 21st. Her name is Hailey. This lady not only worked with me but also kept my late fees down. This young lady is a wizard. 21st is in business to make money, however the team has the ability to see that sometimes a client may be struggling. That's were this lady comes in. I’ve never had an issue. They have always been respectful and have NEVER given me a problem with payment or payment needing to be delayed. I’m 22 and my husband is 23 and they gave us the BEST interest rate. (Less than 8%)
