Adequate equipment if you're looking to be fit. There are no bumper plates or proper places to do deadlifts, and the squat rack is located in a corner next to the drinking fountain with high traffic—it's distracting when you're focusing for heavy duty squats.
It is hit and miss. But hey lets face it! Its a gym! Not a damned day spa or day care! What do you expect for $30- $60 per month in a time when a damned cup of daily coffee costs $2-$5? Seriously! Sometimes they run out of towels! Boo Hoo! Sometimes a shower stall doesn't work! Boo Hoo! Overall pretty good value! They have pools, sauna, steam, weights, cardio, basketball, classes! Always convenient. Always clean. Always something to do. This location has a lot of amenities. The complementary towel service is indispensable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment is outstanding.
Has all u need for a good workout. Always a pretty good vibe and people there to train.
