I love it. The staff is great and so is the atmosphere.

I think the KH branch is the best of all the Brooklyn ones, however they made a giant mistake by rearranging the weights and machines, in order to make more room for personal training. They opened up the middle, yet crammed the machines and weights together. It makes it dangerous for people being trained. I saw one guy bang his head on a machine, when he picked up a weight. Two people bashed into each other. The trainer had his client running back and forth and someone else was trying to cross to the other side of the room.
Worst place ever. Dirty equipment. Nasty staff. Truly disgusting.
Really old and dirty nobody cleans up after themselves
Very very poor maintanance ! They try and try but not even nearly enough . Some renovations are done, new equipment installed and then everything breaks down and falls apart and gets dirty and ripped because there's not enough maintenance and cleaning being done ! Horrible air conditioning always !!!! They're trying to save on bills and tell you that the ventilation system is being repaired the whole summer ! Lol - long story short : this location doesn't give a Damn about you !!! Pathetic
good equipment, big facility, great location, but very dirty place.
Closed early because of a couple inches of snow? PATHETIC! I now have to take a train into the city and get a temporary membership with one of your competitors just for tonight so I won't miss today's workout. Thanks for the reliable service! (not)
