I love this gym,it always clean and the members are very good about cleaning the equipment after use �and staff is always happy and friendly.

I wish they would move the stretching machine from upstairs behind the stair machines, to where it would actually be useful down by the weights or training area. I love the fact that the weight area is inclusive to all, not just the pro lifters. Most are even respectful to those of us who aren't so muscle bound! I do wish that they had more than a few sets of the 5 and 10 pound plates for the free weights, and that the TRX wasn't always being used by the trainers when I'm there, but I get that that's because I usually go dur... read more
Power went out today and we all got the boot right out of the gym. :( it's ok! I still love this gym ���
They have new Schwinn Indoor cycling bikes! They are amazing!! Wonderful Group Exercise Instructors and helpful staff!
