I explain this Cuban guy that do the subscriptions there that I wanted a month to month subscription because I was moving soon super far away from the GYM, but he decided to put me in a year contract and after two months I went to cancel and this Guy smile on me and told me that I signed a contract and that I could go to my bank and cancel my card so they don't have a way to charge me! Also this gym is the nastiest that I've visited in my entire life
I love this place as a Gym, but don't get tempted to buy anything from their little shop. They sell products of low quality. I buy a pair of wireless headphones, and when I tried to return them, because they don't work, the employee told me that not returns are allowed. Now I'm stuck with a $30 piece of Chinese crap, sold to me by the gym store!!!
Traveling from out of state and came in for a workout. Such a disappointment. NO ONE re-racks weights. They are literally spread from one end of the gym floor to the other (as stated in other reviews). You've got to hunt for what you need, whether it's a plate, barbell, dumbbell, etc. I read reviews about the "wonderful" staff...I'm sure they're nice, friendly people - and probably great personal trainers - but let's be honest...someone (or many people) aren't doing their job(s) and it starts with the General Manager. I can never find the weight I need, oh wait, yeah I can! Across the gym on the other side far away from where it should go! This happens on multiple occasion, well I'm being nice, it happens everyday. NO WIFI!?!!?!? What's up with that? A corner Chinese takeout has wifi, come on! The locker room smells like ass, like, real ass but I don't blame the gym for it, they should invest in some kind of odor control though, would be nice to go in without holding my breath.... overall, it just needs to be organized and maintain proper... read more
With the amount of money I pay for this shity gym at least update your equipment. This location has been the same since it open years ago, no updates, No new equipment, the ones you have are always broken and this location is dirty as hell!! From the review I've been reading below, this company just doesn't give a care.
This gym was the worst I went as a guest and was not happy with it at all.. weights all over the place couldn't even find a pair machines just look old and for it to be in a nice area the gym is very shitty the only some what clean and nice was the locker room but besides that I will not leave la fitness for this gym..
The staff is always nice. When I signed up Eric helped me and made me feel welcomed. Yes the members are nasty and inconsiderate but it could be worst. Now they definitely could have cleaning staff around at different times to clean but it would be very hard because this place is open 24 hrs 7 days. I am here very early and I enjoy my work out with out the crowd.
They do not know the importance of keeping good people. This is why a lot of the good instructors leave. It has changed a lot, since they first opened.�. My husband left and went someone else.
