RecommendedIf you’re looking to shed a few pounds in a fun/high energy way instead of the boring ol’ treadmill I highly recommend trying a cardio dance class at 24 Hour Fitness 💃🏼 I was always that girl on the treadmill watching everyone shaking their booties having a good time. RecommendedIf you have ever thought about taking a dance fitness class, Lorelie is absolutely amazing. She teaches U-Jam fitness every Sunday. It is the best class I have ever taken, the energy and love she shows us every week is something you don’t see much. She makes sure everyone new feels welcomed and comfortable. Definitely come check out her class.
