Bathroom and pool area smells like sewer. Never no napkins available
Tried to charge me $200 to cancel after being told I have no contract and can cancel at anytime. They kept charging my account after I told them I didn't want it.
I wish they had a negative option! This gym is so nasty! Plus the shower is cold!
I'm not too happy. I use to go to the Super Sports Plantation location and I definitely miss it. This is a ghetto location, which I don't mind however the employeea just sit at the desk or show potential members around. I never see them put the weights away. It's extremely crowded , hard to find available equipment and the weights are all over the place.
This would be a great gym if they would get hot water in the showers! icy!
Really bad customers services i don't want to be there never in my life
They have a habit of over billing you. It happens often. You have to watch your statments. Otherwise the gym is nice.
Once again no paper towels to whip the sweat off the machines. Management if you read this can you please tell your staff to keep the paper towel dispensers full.
