Need to improve Clean area Maintenance Reparations Sanitation Organization Communication
Its dirty and they is no hand cleanser nor spray to clean the machines! It seems like the staff doesn’t care either.
Always dirty, many things do not work like the jacuzzi, sauna, the men’s locker is a disaster. Yesterday Saturday May 5, I saw one of the staff cleaning the floor of the men's bathroom with the towels they give to the members... ��

Omar, those towels are immediately disposed of when used in that manner. We do not put them back for member use, that would be absurd. We have officially hired a new facility technician and she will be starting tomorrow. This will help maintain the gym in better shape. Hopefully this information helps.
Like most relationships in the Mission, this place is toxic. Can’t escape it because it’s convenient and familiar. But I step out and have other gyms that are worth the travel and attention. I don’t even care how I act around it anymore cause I get treated better elsewhere. Doesn’t cost me much to barely be present here so I just kinda let it linger. But soon as I find out I catch something from this place issa wrap we going to court.
No hot. Wather no toilet paper and dirty. Some times
It is always crowded there, no matter what time of the day I have visited. The only things I have an issue with is that the men's locker room is poorly ventilated, it is always very very humid, that condensation collects on every surface. Then there is the toilets, there is only two for the men's restroom, that there is always a que waiting to use it. Certain people go in to play on their phones, not to poop. 24 hour fitness in Potrero is the worst gym I’ve ever been to. Someone that has been on a machine for at least 5 minutes refused to let me work in. No reason just a “no”. Also equipment is shit, no one puts weights back and the water fountain is broken every other week. Just awful.
