As we age our metabolism slows down. This is where exercise becomes so very Important! 24 Hour has all up to date equiptment. Love the stationary bike you program your age and weight and off you go. Like treadmill keeps up with heart rate calories burned and rate of heart beat. Start easy pace yourself. After 3 mos you see weight shift into all right places. Don't put it off Today is where you take control of your life. My worst enemy is bacon butter and red meat. See you at the gym lets get that CARDIO PUMPING!!!!
This gym is the best. I can go at anytime and people are so respectful. Even when I go in at 12 mid the guy that work there is a great help.

I for one appreciate the AMAZING STAFF!!! Knowledgeable, helpful, kind and my trainer pushes me just right!!! I like the layout and location of the gym ... right on my way home. If something is "wrong" or not working properly folks, I just let management know and they get right to it. While some have fussed that this is an older gym and not truly 24 hrs it's been perfect for me!! I'm not paying for a luxury spa...its a gym!
It's great but I do wish they had better treadmills and that it was 24 hrs all the time other than that I love it.
I love this location. They have plenty of machines and space to get a good workout in. Everything is clean and I was greeted righT when I walked in the door .
