We thought we just needed to change the batteries but after doing so the thermostat still wouldn’t work right. It had developed an issue and wouldn’t let us set or tune anything on. The service tech was very nice and respectful. Made me aware of some items to watch out for. Have had 24HR Home Comfort for 15+ years.
