Everyone very polite and helpful. We ended up needing a new furnace so we got a new AC as well. They were able to come the next day to install. Our furnace went out sometime Friday night or Saturday morning. Quick service all the way around. Bad timing for the furnace to go out since it’s at its coldest for this winter. Thank you all so much 24hr Home Comfort. We are very pleased with your great service. 😃

No heat this Sunday morning and it was two below zero. They got up here to Madison in about two hours. The problem was found to be a "plugged drain" and my furnace was fixed right away. Great service (especially for a Sunday).
