RecommendedThey keep appointments and call to update if they are running late. Only happened once. Usually, the technician calls to see if it is okay to come early. Jose R. is friendly and very professional. He explains what he has done and gives suggestions on how to keep our systems working well. I definitely recommend 24HR Home Comfort Services and Jose to service our home. Must give a shout-out for Sarah (who has handled our appointments the past few times) and her coworkers.
