2nd Chance had always taken very good care of me. Staff are professional and helpful. Wait times to speak to someone about new appointments, etc. are very long, and I would suggest a new company to provide the music you hear while waiting , ANYTHING is better than what they have. The Doctor is great, engaging and a great listener. I enjoy our conversations.
Doc takes his time, he gets to know me and doesn't have to refer to his notes to know what's going on w me. He remembers specific things that we discuss in prior appointments, gets to know me personally and it's not just a clinical setting. He id genuinely interested at what's going on w me and takes as much time w me that's necessary. He's a pleasure to work w and I highly recommend him to others seeking the same kind of treatment.
Dr Boulware is a fantastic dr. He really listens and truly cares. I highly recommend him. I’ve been looking for a good psychiatrist for YEARS and I finally found him. Much thanks to my best friend for referring me. ❤️
I’ve been seeing Dr. Boulware for about 2 years now and couldn’t speak highly enough about him. He truly listens and we’ve adjusted my treatment and medication numerous times. I appreciate that he has been able to adapt to how I’m reacting to the medication and therapy to achieve my goals. It took a while to find the right combination but I am happier and more functional than I have been in a long time.
I would like to recognize Aimee and Dr Gerwe they both did an exceptional job with getting some documents filled out for me in a timely manner. The prompt care and service for a patient is amazing at this office. Thank you for your help.
