Today was our first appointment and it was a great experience. The staff was great as was the doctor. It really seems like they care about their patients. We will definitely being going back.
The staff was friendly, responsive, and very helpful. There was a little delay once we were in the office due to some unforeseen issues with another patient, but the staff made sure to take care of us while we were there. Dr. Bolton has a very charismatic personality with his pediatric patients. He speaks to them intelligently, not condescendingly, and he makes sure that they are just as much a part of the decision about adjusting their smile as the parents are. They were very gentle and kind with my 9yo who has a bad gag reflex and had big anxiety seeing any dentist. She was so relieved after seeing the staff there, she told me that it really wasn’t so bad after all 😍
The staff and Drs, we're amazing. Lillian’s 1 St visit to this office, the dentist was Very thorough, and so gentle and kind with Lilly. The office were well prepared for all protocols for Covid , did an excellent job I would recommend them to anyone. I thank them very much for their patience with the 2 1/2-year-old, If you need a pediatrician dentist don’t hesitate to call they are a five star excellent doctors office. Dr Decere is awesome and makes the kids feel at ease. Daughter has a couple fillings coming up, so I am expecting an easy transition from what we experienced today.
Dr. Behling is the BEST! He made the hospital visit for my special needs son as easy and pleasant as 4 fillings and 5 extractions could ever be. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist. I cannot say enough good things about them!
