I was one of the very first tenants to move here back when the property opened in October 2024, and it was one of the better decisions Ive ever made. I absolutely love it here! If I can give this place zero stars, I promise at this point, I cannot with these un-logical people!! so it’s OK to send out a notice regarding dogs on the seventh floor in the common area. I'm at my wits end with the noise and bass at this complex. I'd break my lease, but I only have a few months to go. I want to flag the ongoing noise issue for anyone considering a unit on the Main Ave side of the building. The issue is not normal downtown noise. The noise is coming from one of the units playing loud music with heavy bass almost every night, and it's been disruptive enough that it affects the living experience / sleep of me and my neighbors. As of Monday a homeless was found in a $10.000 monthly condo. And break in multiple apartments with missing food and stuff, with shit streaks on my towels. My apartment was one thanks for the safety update. Seeing I had to witnesses cops all over the place Monday.

Dear 300 main I have witnessed and been told more then once of harassment of residents honest reviews. I have moved in for sometime now. I was harassed by concierge to sign some friends in that came to visit me, then was also talked by some a group or company (couldn’t tell if they lived here or were 3rd party) all asking me in the building trying to sell me life insurance. I have been hearing loud music at night and seeing large parties come in. The concierge Marcus is rude disrespectful! Very unwelcoming for a concierge…. And I believe he’s a bit racist towards other nationalities! Not willing to wanna do much to help guest of people that live there! I just don’t understand his demeanor towards the residence and how it hasn’t been complained about for people that pay to live there!!
