We evaluated 18 apartment buildings in San Antonio before deciding on 300 Main. We made the right choice because the building has a wonderful management team, an excellent and attentive maintenance crew, and supports the lifestyle of professionals who work from home by offering a great co-working space, well well-equipped indoor and outdoor gym, and an excellent location. Despite being downtown, the building is quiet and doesn't have bars and restaurants that get noisy. The location is also a block away from the riverwalk.

So much for "luxury" living. I stopped by on a Monday afternoon around 5 PM as a potential tenant and was turned away because they wouldn't accept walk-in appointments. I was even willing to pay more for the convenience of living across the street from my job to save time, gas, and the daily hassle of commuting. With visibly vacant apartments, turning away serious prospective tenants instead of trying to accommodate them makes absolutely no sense. Very Poor Communication On Management Side. Some Days There's Events (Not Resident Related) On The Property And We Are Told Last Minute Or Not At All. Water Issues, And Questionable Construction. Jon (3rd Party Concierge) Is Amazing Building Aesthetic Is Nice, It's Pretty Quiet And Neighbors Are Wonderful
