RENTER BEWARE in Moorseville, NC. I was quoted a $1 promotional fee for March 2023 and was told that I didn't have to pay $129 until April 2023. Keep in mind I was renting 2 units for this "so-called" promotional price per unit in Moorseville, **. I was given FALSE information and their website quotes FALSE information. I rented a unit for 7 months. I moved out after a couple days later I realized my movers may have left two metal brackets needed to attach the mirror to the dresser. I called customer service and was told the unit was not rented and I could go back and check. I drove 45 minutes to find out my door code no longer worked I called customer service again from the locations and was told they could not give me a new entrance code even though I paid for month and still had 2 weeks left. I would not recommend this storage facility.
