We had our roof fixed by a gentlemen no longer with 360. Our roof began to leak again, we later had their team come back out working with our insurance company and they never started the work, each time they came out to examine the roof and we never knew when the work would start. Needless to say we had our roof fixed properly by someone else.

Hey Quesi, I do remember this from a couple years ago. I'm really sorry that it started leaking again. Jake hasn't worked here in years because of two similar situations like this, he was paid cash (on the side) without company involvement for a lesser price to do a very half assed repair. QUESTIONABLE BILLING PRACTICES: In what universe is it appropriate or correct for a contractor to list the deductible as a line item owed , along with the line items for work performed?
