50 floors,if you don't service your product then you won't get repeat business. I used them to install carpet,supposedly good for 15 yrs. There were some areas I was waiting to lay down better where it was creased,my bad waited past the 1 yr pt. Was living with that but now I'm having some lifting in areas and need it restretched. Called and asked for someone to come do repairs,at my expense of course and got no return call. Then when I call back they schedule an appointment but it turns out they sent a sales person. My husband and I had our den floor replaced and the workers did a great job. We was so pleased we asked them to replace the floors in our 2 bathrooms. The installation was done after Thanksgiving and we are not pleased with the bathroom floors in our home. One of the workers knocked a piece of tile off the wall and left a hole. (My husband was told it fell on it's own). The floors look unfinished. They brought thin wood caulking but did not use to finish like it was done in our den.
