Flooring was done in entire house. There was brown /red grit throughout entire house. Had to pay someone to have floors swept and mopped. Missing my broom, nick in freshly painted kitchen wall, pieces to curtain rods are missing. According to installers they did not throw away pieces of curtain rods. Installers are being dishonest claiming they did not throw anything away. I would not recommend company.

I was excited about getting laminate floors in my brand new construction home my install was Friday 3-6-2026 my walls at the top of my stairs was damaged and I was told that was normal what’s normal about wanting to make your dream home beautiful, but instead it was destroyed, and my closet, they came to repair but still not correct as they used caulking for holes this is unacceptable and they have lost my business and then wanted me to pay the full balance before work was started, I played it smart though, thank God and the... read more

Had flooring installed was told we did not need a underlayment for sound barrier. Wrong it sound like a elephant running across floor when in the basement. 1/4 round trimp they didn't want to installed matches nothing. Installation crew didn't speak English. Since the installation I've replaced 2 closet doors that required trim removal and they could have cut the flooring with a chainsaw and it would have looked better.
