We met with Katie Eisenberg and had a very pleasant and informative discussion about flooring. We decided on what we liked in vinyl plank flooring. Katie was very knowledgeable and we made our decision. There was never any pressure whatsoever. Our new flooring will be installed next week. Photos before of our old flooring.

Carpet was perfect, the salesman was cool but 100%a salesman. We felt forced to purchase even though I told him i had several other estimates i wanted to get because we were on a tight budget.He gave us a great quote but insisted it was for that day only! Nice guy but we just didn't like being forced to make a decision in 5 minutes about so we have to live with for many years.
I love the experience of having a sales person come to my home with the product samples. Katie did a great jog of hearing what I was trying to achieve and choosing products that fit my descriptions. The process truly was very streamlined. 2 hours in my home looking at product and measuring and I had an install date!!!
Sales professional David Watkins was awesome! He was so helpful in explaining the whole process from nuts to bolts. He also shared with us the 50 Floor vision for quality & service. He brought ample quality samples to choose from. Explaining the differences in textures and densities of the carpet fibers. I’m so very pleased with my visit today with David.
