I needed carpet installed for a basement stairs. I called in 50floor and they said 50% off of material and free installation. They sent a sales rep to my home to measure and give a quote. The sales rep measured and gave a $1500 quote including the 50% off and no labor. When I showed my Lowe’s quote, he offered to do the work for $1137 but not willing to give a written quote or explain how this $1137 is made. When I forced it, he showed in his tab 15 sq. I finish my floor installation in February. No contact with service manger, left message not answer, not follow up after complete job, sale person ignore your question. Do not do installation with 50floor if you need quality job on your floor worse hardwood floor installation company

I believe this marketing campaign to be in bad faith. I have a legitimate quote from one of their nationwide competitors and they are refusing to honor the 20% off. I talked to both the National Customer Experience Manager and the Regional Manager. They are telling me that my quote from Empire Today is not a bona fide quote and the company will not honor this deal even though I have all documents and support.
