Flooring installation was very good. However there seemed to be dirt spots on the floor. I tryed wiping off with several commercial floor cleaners, and the spots do not come off. It looks like factory seconds were used for my flooring. A customer service rep. came and took photos of these spots and said he'll get back to me. After several days of not hearing anything, I called him, and now,"radio silence" No contact at all. I believe this marketing campaign to be in bad faith. I have a legitimate quote from one of their nationwide competitors and they are refusing to honor the 20% off. I talked to both the National Customer Experience Manager and the Regional Manager. They are telling me that my quote from Empire Today is not a bona fide quote and the company will not honor this deal even though I have all documents and support.
